Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or using any services provided by Perfect Imperfections Med Spa & Salon ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit.

Services & Booking

Perfect Imperfections Med Spa & Salon provides medical aesthetic and salon services in Herculaneum, Missouri. All appointments are booked through Vagaro or by contacting us directly.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when booking your appointment. False or incomplete health information may affect the safety of your treatment, and we reserve the right to decline service if necessary information is withheld.

Cancellations & Deposits

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Deposits of $50–$75 are required for certain services and are non-refundable.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards processed through Vagaro.
Refunds are not issued for completed services.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to equal-value services at our discretion.
Financing options are available through our Cherry payment plan partner.

Client Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who:

Behaves in a disrespectful or threatening manner toward staff or other clients
Withholds material health information that could affect treatment safety
Arrives under the influence of alcohol or substances

Limitation of Liability

Perfect Imperfections Med Spa & Salon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results. Aesthetic outcomes vary by individual and are influenced by factors outside our control including skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri. By booking with us, you consent to this jurisdiction.
